Update the headers in the annotation table of the assay file to make it compatible with ISADotnet >=0.4.0 and Swate >=0.5.0.
Fix a wrongly formatted comment in the investigation file
Adjust the referenced assay file path in the investigation file according to ArcCommander formatting
